# 매장 마감 방법 (수동/자동)

개점과 마감은 하루 영업 단위를 구분하는 기준으로, **해당 기준에 따라 매출이 집계**됩니다.\
원활하고 정확한 매출 집계를 위해 영업 시작 시 **개점, 영업 종료 시 마감을 반드시 처리**해 주세요.\
※ 자동 마감 및 일괄 마감은 가맹점 요청에 따라 대리점 ASP에서 설정합니다.

## **1. 수동 마감**
키오스크 관리자 모드에서, **영업 마감(마감) '**버튼을 눌러 진행할 수 있습니다.
➀ '영업 마감' 버튼 클릭
➁ 정산 내역 확인 후 하단에 있는'영업 마감' 버튼을 클릭
➂ 생성된 팝업 창에서 매출확인 후, '영업마감'버튼 클릭 → '확인'버튼을 클릭하면 마감처리가 진행되며, 마감정산지가 출력되며 프로그램이 자동 종료 됩니다.
## **2. 자동 마감**

자동 마감 기능을 사용하면 매장을 방문해 사람이 직접마감 처리를 하지 않아도 되어\
무인 상점 등 직원이 상주하지 않는 매장에서 효율적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

### 1) 기능 설명
설정한 시간에 자동으로 마감되는 기능입니다.마감 후에는 자동으로 즉시 개점 상태로 변경되며, 판매가 가능합니다.
### 2) 설정 방법
① 대리점 ASP 접속 → 시스템 관리 → 본사/매장 마스터 → 매장환경설정
➁ 매장환경 탭 → **\[825] 자동 마감 시간** 칸에 *24시간제 시간:60분제 분*(ex.23:59=밤11시:59분) 형식으로 입력
➂ '저장' 클릭
### 3) 구성 별 자동마감 방식
조합
설정 내용
포스 없이 키오스크 단독 사용 시
설정된 자동 마감 시간에 자동으로 마감되며, 마감 후 즉시 개점 상태로 전환됩니다.
포스 + 키오스크 함께 사용 시
설정된 자동 마감 시간 이후에 포스를 재시작하면 마감 확인 팝업이 표시됩니다. '확인' 버튼을 눌러 자동 마감을 진행할 수 있습니다.
메인 NEW KIOSK + 서브 NEW KIOSK 구성 시
자동 마감이 지원되며, 배리어프리 모드에서도 동일하게 적용됩니다.
## **3. 일괄 마감**
### 1) 기능 설명
여러 대의 포스/키오스크를 사용하는 매장에서, 메인 포스 마감 처리 시 연결된 서브 포스까지 일괄 마감할 수 있는 기능입니다.\
마감 완료 후에는 개점 상태로 자동 전환되지 않으며,메인 포스를 개점할 때 서브 포스도 함께 개점됩니다.
### 2) 설정 방법
① 대리점 ASP 접속 → 시스템 관리 → 본사/매장 마스터 → 매장환경설정
➁ 매장환경탭 → 특이매장 옵션 체크 → ③ \[192] 일괄마감기능 : '사용'선택(기본값-미사용) → ④ 저장 클릭

* **미사용** : 일괄 마감 기능 미사용
* **사용** : 메인 포스 마감 시, 서브 포스 일괄 마감됨
* **사용-경고팝업 노출** : 메인 포스 마감 시, 아래와 같은 팝업 발생. **\[예시]**선택 시 서브포스 일괄 마감됨
