# 주방프린터 설정방법

### 1️⃣ 매장환경설정에서 주방프린터를 생성하세요.

① 대리점 영업정보시스템 **매장환경설정**에서 주방프린터 탭을 선택하세요.

* **매장환경설정** 메뉴위치: 시스템관리 > 본사/매장마스터 > 매장환경설정&#x20;
* 주방프린터 탭 메뉴위치:  매장환경설정에서 매장검색 후 상단 탭 중간 위치&#x20;

② 주방프린터의 기본 설정방법은 아래와 같이 설정하세요.

&#x20;💁‍♀️ 프린터 타입이이란?

주방프린터는 일반적으로 포스기와 포트를 연결하는 시리얼(Serial) 방식이 많이 사용되지만, 주방과 포스기 사이의 거리가 너무 멀 경우에는 무선 프린터를 별도로 구입하여 IP 방식으로 연결할 수도 있습니다. (※ OK 무선 제품은 단종)

* 프린터명: 자유롭게 설정
* 주방프린터 여러 대일 경우 포트번호만 각각 설정하여 여러 행 등록 가능
  * 예) 홀주문은 홀에서, 주방주문은 주방에서 출력물을 보기 위해 두 개 설치하는 경우
* 인쇄매수 추가 시 해당 화면에서 함께 설정/수정 가능 👉 최대 4매

* 상하반전 사용여부: 주방프린터 뒷모습을 손님들에게 보여주고 싶지 않아서 눕히거나 할때 설정

### 2️⃣ 주방프린터에 상품을 연결하세요.

① 대리점 영업정보시스템 **매장환경설정**에서 **주방프린터-상품연결** 탭을 선택하세요.

* **매장환경설정** 메뉴위치: 시스템관리 > 본사/매장마스터 > 매장환경설정&#x20;
* **주방프린터-상품연결** 탭 메뉴위치:  매장환경설정에서 매장검색 후 상단 탭 중간 위치&#x20;

② 1️⃣ 에서 생성한 주방프린터 번호를 각각 선택한 후 상품을 추가하면됩니다.

| 예시매장           | 첫 번째 프린터 상품연결 | 두 번째 프린터 상품연결  |
| -------------- | ------------- | -------------- |
| 홀/ 주방 주문 분리    | '홀에서 서빙할 메뉴만' | '주방에서 요리할 메뉴만' |
| 분리하지 않고 똑같이 사용 | '모든메뉴 추가'     | '모든메뉴 추가'      |

💁‍♀️ 예시 매장 표를 참고하여 응용해서 사용할 수 있습니다.

③ 미출력에 있는 상품 중 주방프린터 출력이 필요한 상품을 체크 후 추가해주세요.
